Author Guidelines

We invite you to submit articles to the journal “Social Communication Ethics.” From the formal side, the texts should meet the following requirements:
– Font: Times New Roman 12 pt & line spacing: 1.5 pts.
– The text should be justified.
– Subheadings should be marked with heading styles: Heading 1, Heading 2, etc.
– Metadata should contain: the author’s name, affiliation, ROR, ORCID, e-mail address.
– The main text is to be accompanied by a concise abstract of up to 150 words and 5-6 keywords defining the most important topics discussed in the article.
– References in the main text should be written in accordance with APA 7.0 style. Its exact determinants can be found at the following addresses:

Below are some highlights of APA style:
– Only the author's name and the year of publication indicated after the comma are written in round brackets, e.g.: According to the author (Nowak, 2013), this is a disappearing phenomenon.
– The page number should be given when there’s a direct quotation; in the case of paraphrasing, page numbers need not be given.
– Footnotes are kept to a minimum, they must not be bibliographic, only supplementary, adding to the contents from the main text.
– Quotations are written in quotation marks, longer quotations (more than 40 words) should be separated into a block quotation.
– When citing a publication cited by someone else, the notation used is: Research indicates that this process will increase (Nowak, after Kowalski, 2007).
– The entries in the bibliography are arranged in alphabetical order. If there are several items by the same author, they are listed in chronological order (by year of publication); if several cited items were published in a given year, the letter a, b, c, d, etc. is added next to the year of publication to distinguish them.
– The following pattern of notation of individual publications applies:
