Media images – mental images. Selected aspects of rhetoric of the media image (the case study image of the Stranger)

An article is about the tools used to describe the rhetoric of the media image and the mental image. The selected aspects of image rhetoric such as the image of the Stranger (Roma, migrants) in visual media were a case study. In classical rhetoric the language is the object of description. There is a need to described visual media in the context of filmmaking workshop. The article describes the visual culture from the perspective of media science.References
