Author Guidelines

  1. An academic texts, article or edition of a historical source: (a) should concern the history of the Christianity “with special attention paid to the history of the Church in Central and Eastern Europe”; (b) should be devoted to a new field of studiem or bring a new understanding of old concepts; (c) should be based on the prima and comprehensive materials.
  2. The archival sources should be regularly quoted in the article.
  3. Preference will be given to articles in which authors: (a) explain the research problem; (b) analyse the existing literature in the field of the research; (c) present the problems described in a broader historical context; (d) give some methodological accounts.
  4. The language of the submitted article should be English, Polish, French, German, Spanish, Italian or Russian.
  5. Each article written in a language other than English should contain an abstrakt in English.
  6. The authors should make a statement that their works have not been Publisher either in parts or in whole, and that their works have not been set in any Rother publishing house.
  7. The average length of an article should be 25 pages (60,000 signs) and the text should be accompanied with a 10-line abstract.
  8. Each article will be reviewed by two independent reviewers (double blind peer-review).
  9. All the suggestions made by the reviewers for amending the text are to be considered by the author.

Wszystkie zgłoszenia muszą spełniać następujące wymagania.

  • Praca nie została wydana w przeszłości drukiem i (lub) w wersji elektronicznej w innym czasopiśmie lub monografii w Polsce lub innym kraju.
  • Praca nie została zgłoszona do innego czasopisma lub monografii w Polsce lub innym kraju.
  • Praca nie znajduje się w recenzji w innej redakcji.
  • Praca została wykonana z udziałem merytorycznym i intelektualnym wszystkich autorów.
  • Praca została wykonana z wyłączeniem konfliktu interesów pomiędzy autorami a innymi instytucjami, firmami czy organizacjami, a o zaistnieniu takiego konfliktu interesów, np. komercyjnym źródle finansowania pracy poinformowano w stosownej części pracy.
  • Oświadczenie niniejsze składam w pełnej świadomości konsekwencji prawnych wynikających z poświadczenia nieprawdy oraz konsekwencji etycznych. Rozumiem, że redakcja i wydawca zastrzegają sobie prawo do weryfikacji oryginalności zgłoszonej pracy oraz jej natychmiastowego odrzucenia w przypadku stwierdzenia naruszenia powyższych zasad. Przyjmuję do wiadomości, że o takim naruszeniu redakcja i wydawca mają prawo zawiadomić na piśmie przełożonego autora ze wskazaniem zakresu naruszenia.
