Proposal to unify two translations of the Decalogue (Exodus 20:2–17; Deuteronomy 5:6–21) in the Millennium Bible

The paper presents a comparative analysis of two translations of the Decalogue (Exodus 20:2–17; Deuteronomy 5:6–12) in the fifth edition of the Biblia Tysiąclecia (Millennium Bible). Its objective is to demonstrate differences between these translations, which do not arise from the original text but rather reflect the individual preferences of the translators. The conclusion of the study includes a proposal for harmonizing parts where unity is derived from the original text.
