  • Jarosław Jagiełło - The Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow
    Rev. Jarosław Jagiełło, a university professor at UPJPII, a doctor of philosophy with a habilitation degree, the dean of the Faculty of Philosophy at the Pontifical University of John Paul II in Krakow, the head of the Department of Metaphysics and Philosophy of Man. He also lectures at the John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. He specializes in metaphysical philosophy of man, classical German philosophical anthropology, and history of modern and contemporary philosophy. He is an author and co-author of 14 philosophy books, and several dozen research papers. His most recent publications include, among others: Józef Tischner, series: THE POLISH CHRISTIAN PHILOSOPHY IN THE 20TH CENTURY (Kraków 2020). He is a member of the Policy Committee at the Józef Tischner Institute, a member of the Coordinators Team at the International Centre for Research into the Phenomenon of Solidarity, and an ordinary member of the Internationale-Ferdinand-Ebner-Gesellschaft. A student of and assistant to Prof. Józef Tischner.
