Author Guidelines

The editorial board accepts only unpublished texts containing original scientific results in Polish and English.

The text should be structured as follows: an introduction specifying the purpose and structure of the argument, possibly including the state of research on the topic, the main body, and a conclusion with findings.

Articles should be between 20,000 and 40,000 characters including spaces (including footnotes, summaries, and bibliography) and must include:

  • ORCID ID, email, and affiliation;
  • A biographical note (up to 40 words) in the first footnote attached to the surname;
  • Title, abstract in Polish (up to 1000 characters with spaces, i.e., 100–200 words) and keywords (up to 4);
  • Title, abstract in English (up to 1000 characters with spaces, i.e., 100-200 words) and keywords (up to 4);
  • A bibliography at the end of the article in alphabetical order;
  • Information on funding sources for the publication, contributions from research institutions, associations, and other entities, if such support was provided;
  • The article abstract should include: (1) the problem addressed in the article; (2) the structure of the analysis conducted; (3) the method; and (4) the main result or conclusion of the analysis.

The average waiting time for the publication of articles that have received positive reviews and have been accepted by the editorial board is 24 weeks.

The final decision to accept or reject a submission is made by the editorial board.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements:

  • The work has not been published in another journal or monograph in Poland or abroad.
  • The work has not been submitted to another journal or monograph in Poland or abroad.
  • The work is not under review at another editorial office.
  • The work was conducted with the substantive and intellectual participation of all authors.
  • The work was conducted excluding any conflicts of interest between the authors and other institutions, companies, or organizations, and any such conflicts of interest, such as a commercial source of funding, have been disclosed in the appropriate part of the work.

I submit this statement in full awareness of the legal consequences of certifying falsehoods and the ethical consequences thereof. I understand that the editorial board and publisher reserve the right to verify the originality of the submitted work and to immediately reject it in the event of a breach of the above principles. I acknowledge that the editorial board and publisher have the right to notify the author's superior in writing, indicating the scope of the violation.
