  1. The service operator is the Pontifical University of John Paul II IN Cracow.

Information in forms

  1. The service collects information provided voluntarily by the user.

  1. This website uses cookies.
  2. Cookie files (so-called ‘cookies’) are computer data, in particular text files, that are stored in the end device of the service user and are designed to use the website of the service. Cookies usually contain the name of the website from which they come, the time of storage in the end equipment and a unique number.
  3. The entity placing cookies in the end user's device and accessing them is the service operator.
  4. Cookies are used for the following purposes:
    1. creation of statistics that help to understand how website users use the websites, which allows to improve their structure and content;

  1. Information about certain user’s behaviour is subject to logging at the server layer. These data are used exclusively for the administration of the service and to ensure the most efficient operation of the provided hosting services.
  2. Viewed resources are identified by URL addresses. In addition, the record may be subject to:
    1. time of arrival of the request,
    2. time of sending response,
    3. name of the client station - identification carried out by the HTTP protocol,
    4. information about errors that occurred during the HTTP transaction,
    5. URL address of the page previously visited by the user (referer link), in case the service was accessed through a link,
    6. information about the user's browser,
    7. information about the IP address
  3. The above data are not associated with specific individuals viewing the pages.
  4. The above data is used solely for the purposes of server administration.

Disclosure of data

  1. Data are subject to disclosure to external entities only within the limits of the law.
  2. Data enabling the identification of a natural person is made available only with that person's consent.
  3. The Operator may be required to provide information collected by the Website to authorised bodies on the basis of lawful requests within the scope of the request.
