About the Journal
Focus and Scope
Orientalia Christiana Cracoviensia is an interdisciplinary journal devoted to the research on Christianity in Asia and Africa. It is involved in studying the historical churches in the East, as well as the missionary work of Western Christians throughout Asia, the Middle East, the Balkans and the Russian territory. It explores the borderlands of Christianity, studies Christian-Muslim relations, as well as Christian attitudes to various native Asiatic or African cultures, the historical changes and the present situation. It is interested to establish a scholastic platform for exchanging ideas and thoughts, opinions and methodological propositions, therefore authors from the variety of research fields, as social sciences, the humanities, cultural and religious studies, theology and others are welcome to submit their research.
