The presented text is an attempt to answer, on appearing more and more often in the context work, the question concerning leadership. First of all, it should be stated how the relation between the leadership and the change can be managed, and also how to promote, so how to indroduce changes. The starting point in the presented considerations is to determine what kind of resistance may be caused by the change itself.References
