the picture of Virgin Mary, Adolf Hyła, Paula Zofia TajberAbstract
The subject of the analysis is a picture of the Mother of God painted as the Immaculate in full form, in two versions, differing in the symbols of the Holy Trinity. Both paintings were made according to a preliminary design, which had been performed in pastels on carton. Artist Adolf Hyła painted them according to an account by Mother Paula Zofia Tajber, founder of the Gathering of the Most Holy Soul of Our Lord Jesus, who on 13 September 1953 had a vision in which Our Lady appeared to her in the gathering's original chapel in Prądnik Biały.
