The principle of equal treatment and the conscientious objection

The paper analyzes the rules of equal treatment existing in polish law. The principle of equal treatment is described. This principle is grounded on the act of 3rd December 2010 on the implementation of certain provisions of the European Union in the field of equal treatment. An equal treatment is also guaranteed by the Polish Constitution. It turns out that the act of 3rd December 2010 raises some doubts on compatibility with the Constitution. The article gives an answer to the question weather the principle of equal treatment threatens the constitutional freedom of conscience.
