The conscious involvement of people at work is fully realized in training which ceases to be episodic and occasional and is transformed, instead, into a permanent path of increasing knowledge and skills. The author takes into consideration the role of “action research” as a useful tool in the development of the integral resources of the person in the psycho-pedagogical perspective of the readiness of adults to learn.References
