The article discusses the issue of the post of the spiritual director in major seminary in the canonical context. First it outlines the regulations requiring the post of the spiritual director in major seminary. Then it focuses on the qualifications and the religious formation of the spiritual father. Finally it analyzes the duties of the spiritual director of students.References
