The publication presents a fragment (decoding and translation) of lecture course given by Frank in German at the University of Berlin. This fragment is dedicated to the personality and philosophy of Chaadaev and is a part of the course called by Frank as Russische Denker (Russian thinkers). A handwritten original of Frank lecture course is stored on the basis of Bakhmeteff Archive at Columbia University in New York. Before these manuscripts have not been put into research circulation. They are published for the first time.References
