The notes of the lecture by Semion Lyudvigovich Frank originally entitled Chaadaev and delivered by him in 1930 in Berlin University are published for the first time with comments of Prof. A. Gaponenkov (Saratov University). The rough copy is kept in the Bakhmetev Archive at Columbia University (USA, New York) in Semion Frank’s papers.References
