This article analyzes the process of Gospel inculturation in a migrant environment, focusing on pastoral activities at St. Priscilla Parish and the Polish Cistercian Fathers Mission in the Archdiocese of Chicago. The research identifies key challenges related to the transmission of faith within the context of the Polish diaspora in the United States. The analysis employs a case study method, including participant observation and parish document analysis. Results indicate that effective inculturation requires balancing the preservation of migrants’ cultural identity with their integration into the host society, while addressing the needs of both first and subsequent generations of Polish immigrants. A significant conclusion is the necessity of developing intercultural pastoral care that respects diaspora traditions while building bridges between different ethnic communities.
